Do all the apps really share the same data?
Yes. Allvio's apps were built as one system on a shared database, so your customers, staff, products and numbers are the same everywhere. A sale in POS, an online order and a reservation all post to the same books and the same customer records — nothing is stitched together after the fact.
Can I use just one or two apps instead of all of them?
Yes. With Build your own you switch on only the apps you use today — say POS and online ordering — and pay for nothing else. You can add more apps later without changing plans or migrating data.
Does the POS work offline?
Yes. The POS keeps taking payments and printing dockets if your internet drops, then syncs every sale back to your books once you're reconnected.
